2017 went quietly away .
And 2018 is here to stay .
For a few months more before it ended its way.
Looking back, 2017 wasnt a quiet year .Lots of happenings ,some bitter some sweet.The numerous hospital visits punctuated by a number of wedding receptions in the extended families .
This year , am praying that all goes well . Especially for the children and the cucus. In health ,work wise and in life..
Yesterday.my younger sister came over on her way home from Langkawi. Seronok dapat hadiah senduk Langkawi. Bolehlah ketung ketang lepas ni dengan lebih bersemangat.. Dan aku jamu mereka dengan kotiau goreng hentam sajalah. Seronok dapat lihat adik beradik berjamu selera dengan masakan kita.( eh dah guna buat roti surai hari tu.)
Teringat tokton dan seorang ibu saudara... ada saja dijamu pada tetamu walau mereka sendiri tidak punya apa apa sebenarnya.
There's one case when my mum went all her way to make our relatives from far away welcomed. She cooked that pulut kacau which was to die for.
And later the argument between her and my dad .
Kita susah ada depa tolong?
Mujur most of us followed tokton's way. From what I can see my sisters rajin menjamu sanak saudara . Tak lokek dan berkira. Nak balik ada saja buah tangan dari mereka. Nak datang tak lenggang kangkung saja.
Itu panduan yang kami nampak tokton buat. And I hope it stays that way .
Tetamu yang datang membawa berkat pada tuan rumah. Kata ibu.Make their stay welcomed.

On another note, there's a new addition to toksaad's clan. A new cicit was born the other day . Cicit number three.A lil baby girl. Comei macam ibu .Welcome cu.
All is well for my younger sister. This March she would be welcoming a new face into her family. Menantu last. Kenduri pun terakhir. Seronok dia. And for the wedding, two sets of baju kurung were ready to be worn. Bandung mari fabrics and tailored by Medan mari tailor. Tak sabaq nak pakai. Minta minta tu tak adalah apa apa halangan utk ciksoncikli meraikan kenduri adik.
On cikli's side too,there're two more weddings slotted for 2018.
