Puas.. kata kami bila pertama kali ke sini
Makan tengah hari
Nasi daging bakar yang famos amos seantero negeri
Kedainya...dimana. Tentu ada yang bertanya.
Betul betul traffic lights jalan Kuala.
Berdekatan simpang ke Padang Besar Selatan
Seberang jalan pula tangki air Kuala Perlis.

Sedap..semua terasa.
Harga bolehlah.Murahla juga.
Banyak dagingnya.
Nasi pun sedap dimakan begitu saja..

Cikli,bila nak pi pula?
Lupa pula apa nama kedainya..

Ninasandaq... story told n untold.

Few must have wondered why she was named so..Ninasandaq!
She was named Nina by the children after that bottle of perfume that I brought back from Edinburgh..Ninaricci.
Another cat was named Ricci ,but she was long gone.
And how did Sandaq appeared after her name.
Oh ya... sandaq was sandar... recline. She likes to sandar all the times. Thus we nicknamed her ninasandaq.

Berapa umur dia? Someone asked.
Quite a veteran,she is.
Anak dia pun dah tak terbilang ramainya.
And none live to see old age.
At present she was left with 2 kids. Bu and Nyet. Teh was knocked down by a car and lay motionless on the ground when we found her. Suka sangat duduk bersantai bawah kereta ,tu la akibatnya.

The other day, Nyet was found limping. Cikli nursed him and he was back to normal.

Nina has one peculiar behaviour previously. She grrrrrred when we teased her children.
She even rushed to ciklin with a menacing look when she called her favourite child's name.
I tried to test her once again.
I called out baby baby baby loudly to her small children.
Nina raised her head and stared at me!
Marah la tu.
Oh..tak boleh panggil main main tau baby baby  gitu.
Nina nina....

Nina is still full of kasih sayang. I could see it when feeding them. She stood still to let her two children have their feed first. Thats her... always a loving and caring mother.

Bu, namanya diberi kerana warna bulunya..kelabu

mengawasi pak tam yang datang bertandang..

hebat dua beradik ni... walau pokok tu tinggi,
seronok sangat mereka panjat memanjat pagi pagi.

Of hospital visits and traumas.... at the eye specialist centre HSB

Anak kecil itu meraung raung. Raungannya memenuhi segenap ruang menunggu sempit klinik pakar mata.
Kenapalah agaknya dia...bisik hati
Well... the child was one of the patient needing specialist care for his eyes.
I was a few chairs away from the family trying to calm down the wailing child.

Then I came to know why..

Gam 2 second rupanya
Gam 2 seconds ? Apa dia?

I recollected browsing DIY that day and bought one . It was super glue and it takes a second to glue. Ans its super fast. Got to taste its fastness on the skin when I was trying to fix a hook onto the wall. It takes troubles to clear it away and its painful.

So just imagine it if its in the hand of a child!
Super seriuos ,I tell you.
Especially so even if a tiny drop of it enters the eyes. Gila!

So parents be wary. Keep away those gum out of reach of your children or anybody's children for that matter.

Accompanying cikli for his scheduled visits to the eye specialist centre brought me face to face with aneka ragam penyakit mata.Ada buatan manusia .Ada yang dah ditakdir hendaknya.

There were many cases of eyes being swollen because of allergics. So were cases of contact lenses.
But mostly because of diabetes.. Yes majority of case are diabetes.

There was one case of splinters from  grass cutting.

Tapi case dari gum uhu,gam gajah dan gam super glue itu dan terkena anak anak sangat kesian. Pada anak lah. Pada ibubapa yang lalai ...hai entahlah...Mau ku tembak saja dengan senapang gajah!

SURPRISeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

Ni kali kedua cikson buat SURPRISeeeeee!
Pertama dekat adik bongsu di Bangi. Hari kejadian tu adalah majlis aqigaq cucu sulung adik . Terkujat depa ! Tup tup kak yang macam banyak halangan nak ke sana datang .

Well yesterday, cikson pulled yet another one at another sister.
Tiba tiba SURPRISeeeeee!

Majlis bertunang dan aqiqah disambut meriah . Jam 7.30 pagi cikson pandu iriz dusty grey tu ke Sungai Petani. Mau 3 jam perjalanan sbb pemandu dia dah masuk dalam extended zone. Mata mujurlah masih terang dan kaki boleh lah lagi buat pijak gas and brake.

Kak tau adik dah frust tu ingat tak dak sapa mai belah dia..kata kakak ipar adik .
Well...for u sis,kakak mu rela jalan jauh utk bersama merasa detik gembira keluarga . Tapi masa ni, dapat berkunjung sajalah ,nak menolong macam dulu2 tu susah sikit.

Majlis berjalan lancar dan anaknda Echah bertunang dengan jejaka pilihan hati. Majlis nya bln 3 nanti.
Semoga auntie ngah dapat bersama dimajlis walimatulurus mu . Sihat2 dan tiada halangan yang mendatang.

I left at 4 that afternoon.Heading for Kangar with cikli tersengguk sengguk in the evening heat. Alhamdulillah ,touched home at nearly seven with a pitstop at Klinik 1 M. Thanks nurse in charge.

Dinner at Restoran near home. And as my car was entering the driveway,cikninasandaq and brood eagerly welcomed us .
As if to say
Maa balik ,paa bailk yeaaaaa.
