the covidiots...

Just now I came across a new vocab...covidiots. Aha..covid idiots.

And last nights as I watched the news I saw quite a number of them.
Its compulsory to wear a mask in public. Yes,they condone to it. They follow it. As wear a mask they must if not.... RM 1k la jawabnya.
But why should they pull down their mask under their nose?
Dont they realise that its not only the mouth that could spread the virus but their nostrils too!
Breathing and talking could .
And if they sneeze, the deadly covid19 virus could be spread metres away.

Pakailah mask tutup lubang hidung and lubang mulut ya!

And there was this news about a young guy being booked for pulling the mask down his chin in an LRT station.
Ada yang marah pihak berkuasa yang saman budak tu.
Well...jangan kiralah sapa. Yang tak ikut peraturan ,saman saja.
Tak kira lah tua,muda, yang orang jalan kaki atau VVIP. Jangan pilih2.
Yang muda pun kalau tak diberi saman, mungkin ingat mereka terlepas dari tanggungjawab mematuhi SOP covid ni.

What if that very boy is an asyomatic eh that term about not having symptom . Mau ke jadi sivagangga?
The incident under the tent of the ER clinic is really a knee jerk.
Mau budak yang batuk sambil buka mask dia tu covid mamp**h semua oghang. Dahla Peghelih la ni oghang dok kalut bab covid ni. Gitu juga pompuan yang batuk masa kat kedai makan di Kola.
Adoihhh...
La ni musim batuk sana sini.

Pagi ni LGE kena tuduh kat mahkamah Bworth. Minta2 tu penyokong dia patuhilah SOP . Jaga penjarakan, pakai mask dan bawa hand sanitiser.....

Jangan jadi covidiots ya.
Bimbang makcik.

What's up Perlis?
This is the usual question my children would ask me. Whenever they call home.

Quiet.
More quiet than ususal.

Yesterday I accompanied cikli to the ER of Hospital Tunku Fauziah,Kangar.
 He has been having his bout of dizziness yang lain macam aja these last few days.
The road towards the hospital is eerily empty save for a few cars. The feeling is like we are under lockdown came over me.

Not that many people in ER and soon cikli was attended to . Noticed that the ambience of the ER isnt it normal self. There are tents erected where patients could wait for their turn for treatments. And there are cabins for Covid19 testing. Health personnels in full PPE gears were seen entering and cming out from there.

"Ada patient suspected covid dalam tu " cikli told me later. Ewe.
The few patients waiting for their doctor came with a number of illnesses. A few were seen and heard coughing. Musim demam la ni. But one loud cough made me turned around.
Ya rabbi! Dah batuk pi buka mask pulak!
Adoooi... a young girl was coughing without her mask on a few metres away from where I was seated.
I gave her a look and she pulled up her mask.
Pakailah mask dik na sentiasa. Especially when you cough. B*ng*kkkk! Macam nak pi tarik telinga dia saja.

TEMCO was eventually in placed at 2 kampungs in southern Perlis yesterday evening. Kuala Sanglang and Kampung Pulau Timbul was put under the restraining order due to the increasing number of covid patients there. Semua sbb mamak nasi kandaq Sivagangga tu. Adoiii.
Today yet another 500 residents of that area would be subjected to swab tests. Kesian depa.

Thank you cikten and kakak2 . Cikten searched for runner to buy groceries for RBL as cikli wouldnt be able to be around . And around 5, the groceries arrived safely. Bimbang depa takut mak mereka dok merayau pi kedai . Mau sebulan ration yang dihantar. Alhamdulillah.

Semoga wabak yang melanda sekarang cepat berlalu pergi dan kita boleh menjalani kehidupan harian tanpa bimbang lagi.

Pelindung Seorang Puteri....

Aku dan suami mengikuti siri ini yang sedang bersiaran.
Astro 104 setiap jam 10 Isnin hingga Khamis.
Pelindung Seorang Puteri kami nanti...I give thumbs up for the series. The actor Farid Kamil ,the heroine Lisa Surihani, the mother in law,father in law semua lakonan superb. Geram ada,kesian ada.

Anak gadis di tipu  suami orang,kita lihat berlambak dalam kehidupan seharian. Gaji besar,kereta besar tapi pokai. Mengikis duit dan menabur cerita tentang keburukan isteri rasanya strategi suami yang biasa diguna.
Ehh tiba2 episod pilot pokai buat cerita melodrama macam baru berlaku. Entah apa kesudahan cerita dia.....

Mulut longkang mak mertua. Ehh banyaklah dalam dunia. Ada berlambak. Rasa nak ganyang saja mulut mak andak lakonan  tu. Keburukan menantu dia nampak sangat sedangkan anak sendiri tunggu masa saja nak meletup . Mengandung diluar nikah. Itulah bila sibuk memburukkan orang, buruk anak sendiri sudah tentu dia tak perasan.
Kisah mak mertua sakit hati dekat  menantu sedangkan anaknya macam hantu banyak berlaku. Harap aku tak begitu. Anak2 menantu aku sayang . Dan mereka juga sayang padaku. Itu doaku.Aku hormat mereka dan mereka hormati aku. Its mutualkan.Kalau kita tak hormat menantu masakan menantu nak hormat kita.

Farid Kamil as an overly protective husband lakonannya sangat berkesan. Dalam dok sayang boleh jadi pendera. Bahaya jugakan kalau dapat suami begini. Bukan tak ada suami yang bunuh isteri kerana terlalu cemburu.

Aku rasalah.... cerita ini yang ditulis oleh penulisnya mungkin berasal dari cerita benar. Sebabnya....watak watak dalam tu macam orang orang yang pernah aku jumpa....atau aku baca kisah benarnya bila jadi berita.

 Salute mereka yang boleh berkarya . Bukan semua orang yang ada idea boleh berkarya . Selalunya cerita dipendam saja.

After the calm....

It has been nearly half a year my life been sober.
There's no hurry to see the eye Specialist at HSB,Alor Setar.
There's no worry about the parking space there.
No worry too of how long the appointment would last that day.
All since cikli was seconded back to HTF in Kangar.

And I thought my work is over.
I could breathe normally, do housework as per normal housewife.
Then cikli imparted this news to me this afternoon over lunch at Andaman.
I may have to undergo dialisis .... cuci kidney come this October.
Tu la dok rasa pening, loya. Ingat sbb makan daging banyak.

Thoughts came fleeting by. My late sister was a dialysis patient . She succumbed to the sickness few years back after enduring the routine for a couple of years.
Pictures of her after dialysis came to my mind.
Letih lesu....
With lesions on her arms where the needles went.

Thoughts too came on how I would able to handle this coming phase.
My health is not in the pink of form.
Been having HBP , knee pain, lethargic and an assortment of sickness now and then.
Am I able to cope alone.

Then a memory came by....loud and clear.Senangnya berkata.
May Allah grants me the strength to go through all these.
