CURHAT...

Last night, I happened to watch a talk show featuring Nabilla Huda anak penyanyi rock si Amy Search. Another host is who are you usatz or daie ...tak tau nama dia but is a familiar face. And the guests were Tuan Syed Azmi of PPIM  and that guy who used to shout MAHARAJALAWAK MEGAAAAA  until his voice croaks and cracked.

It was CURHAT . A programme I know not before, its content and halatuju.
But last night's topic caught my attention and I stay put on the show till the very end.

A voice on the other end of the line was telling. The wedding would be held grandly because both the bride and groom are anak bongsus. To meet ends meet she was considering pinjaman kewangan. And of all sources its the ALONG!.100 k pulak tuuu.

Pinjam 100 k from along! Nak cari mampooooos.
10k pun jangan inikan pula 100k...Itu pesan Tuan syed Azmi.
There were instances that 1 minute late of paying, a penalty of 1000 ringgit was imposed on the pemiutang.
A credit of 50k ended up paying millions and the hutang was never finalised.Gila kan.
And it was uncommon for the debtor to commit suicides because of the debt.

Why do people resort to taking debts from along then?
The answer is sometimes pitiable .But some like it....their way of life .
Nak menunjuk nunjuk. Nak happy happy jalan sana sini. Nak berlawan ...

It was indeed an eye opening for me and the mom in me. Always doa that my next of kin be safe from this deadly trap.

Then.... came AC Mizal in the picture.
Terkejut beruk jugalah makcikson tgk host pi tanya soalan bodoh kat AC.
Setepek AC bagi dan keluarlah ayat2 quran dari host utk justify apa yg dia tanya.

CURHAT... a talk show on Astro .
