Just last week I was contemplating a flight on MAS.But the distance from my daughter's house to LCCT /KLIA was a factor that make me did otherwise.
Ma,kalau naik Mas ada potongan utk warga mas...they said.
haha....warga mas naik Mas.Bertuah mama.
At last I went with Firefly since I have only have to go to Subang Skypark. Having to rise up hours ahead of the flight as we have got a notice from the airline of possible traffic jam.By 6 we took to the road even though the flight was at 10.00....huaa.
At 9.00 I was at the boarding gate......bade goodbye to sonny and dotties and trotted towards the waiting area.
When Flight MH apakenama was called,I was the first few to be let in....warga mas la katakan.My seat was next to a tauke until he decided to leave for another vacant seat.Amboi...toke...kalau amoi muda gurantee sampai Aloq Setaq dia tak tukaq.
Tapi good move...I have the window seat to myself.Lega. As usual I like to glance through the glass window ,seeing the vast expanse of the land and country below.But it was not to be...All through the journey,all that could be seen were waves of clouds...some resembling icebergs in the ocean.
There were fleeting thoughts of catastrophe when I look at the wings ...biasalah.Macam macam yang meramaikan fikiran.
Felt relieved when the journey ended at the airport.Pushing my luggage ,I looked around for cikli.
Tu dia...sorang sorang dok termanggu atas kerusi.
La ...tak kenal missus dah ke...I called to him.Baru dia sedar kehadiran makcik.Nampak kurus lagi dia..We embraced each other.
Dont go away anymore,he said.Sunyi sangat sangat.
Alhamdullilah..sampai dengan selamat.Kalau tak tentu you kena tunggu lagi lama.
Issshh..awat cakap macam tuu...jadi sunggoh baru tau..
Hari ni dia bertambah tambah nasi bila makcik masak gulai ketam bernenas,ayam berkacang panjang dan ikan kering dari Sarawak..
Flight MH 307 is still not found.Been following the news on every available channel...CNN and a host of other channels been airing breaking news about the tragedy.
My prayers for the crew and the passengers.And the families too.It must be an agonising day for them.

Assalamulaikum, lega memang when one is driven by was-was! With almost 48hrs up satu ape tak timbul melainkan oil slick memang terlalu berdoa Allah Lindungi dan selamatkan rkayat kita dr bala yg tidak diduga.I went through all CNN. BBC and SCMP apart from Yahoo News..
ReplyDeleteSeram sejuk dan simpati kepada kelurga sdara-mara menunggu di KLIA & Beijing! Tangan dan mulut Kerjaaan kita dh tak tau nk cakap ape, drawing blamks with Internaional assitance - kapal selam, frigate, ships n planes kalau kenangkan current political status with China, bertembung semua kekuatan Navy & airforce kerana MH370 dan 239 nyawa didalamnya.
Rasa lagi takut kalau ini macam 4Disember1977 di Tg, Kupang. ade baiknya mereka yg menunggu dibenarkan balik kalau berdekatan macam keluarga co-pilot. Boleh pitam atau pengsan trauma menunuggu. Elok lah naik basikal 20 mins buang the violin - taut tension.
and when the FBI comes in because of its 3 citizens, an IBM exec, a lady n her 3yr old boy.lg la haru Malaysian authorities!

DeleteTak dapat gambarkan ahli keluarga mereka yang terlibat ttg perasaan mereka.Kita yang melihat pun dah rasa sebak spig 4 hari ini.Semoga ada jalan penyelesaian atas konflik ini.
