Aduhai pengantin

 

There was a call for some kenduris at pakli’s kampung in Kepala Batas Penang. As such we set on our journey before noon arriving just in time for the pengantin bersanding.

Looking back,at my time of bersanding,I rasa I could terkucil diatas pelamin.But pengantin of nowadays are no more the feeble malu kucing type of girls .So we could see at some weddings the pengantin perempuan dok bertanya kabar depan semua orang kampung dgn the bridegroom di atas pelamin.Macam lah tak dak masa lain.

Biaq pi la kat depa. Duniya kan dah progress ke depan.Apa nak malu .Malu malu tu old school.

But I prefer to see pengantin yg tersipu malu,tersenyum ayu atas pelamin.Just macam zaman zaman sebelum merdeka.Sesekali angkat kepala.Sesekali tunduk malu. Ni tak,macam happy tahap dewa sebab dapat kahwin.Ye ye  aku dah laku.

There was once a case where the pengantin kunci pintu bilik throughout the kenduri.The mak mentua pun nampak macam boleh meletup when asked the whereabout of the pair:

Entah kat depa. was the reply sambil mulut muncung macam mulut todak.Silap haribulan menantu tu boleh kena rodak.

Girls,mak cik suka sangat bila pengantin,malu dan ayu - bukan macam kena syabu dan lentuk badan macam kayu.
