Monday Morning Blues....

 Kuat betul angin tadi. Mooooooooooo dia berbunyi.Howling like the hyenas.

Monochrome is the colour of this morning. Everything grey. 

Well that reminds me of an autumn season in the northern hemisphere. I was damn lucky to have a one time experience. To be able to see for myself what autumn is like was God greatest gift. Sememangnyalah tak termimpi pun.

Kita rakyat marhaen, manalah ada keupayaan nak pi jalan jalan belah sana. But lucky was I when out of the blue I was chosen for a short course... in the land of castles !

I was fascinated by castles as early as ten years old. In standard four when I entered Upper Primary, I changed school. From an all Malay girls school to a coed school quite far from my village.

In this new school, BI was the key medium of instructions. Here I fell in love with fables and folk lore. Mestilah cerita dari benua orang putih. I read about Cinderella, Little Red riding Hood and hundreds others. From there I graduated to reading about adventures , love stories too. At a very young age I marveled at formidable manors and castles.The gladiators, the queens and the kings. The magic and all.

So, Thank to my lucky star, when I set foot In Scotland, there I was. Every morning and afternoon, walking the cobbled street of Edinburgh,I was able to see that magnificent castle... Hollyrood Castle right smack in the middle of the town.

The college organised a tour and into the castle we went. Dapatlah tengok bekas peninggalan raja raja mat saleh dulu.

From the college window I got to see the skyline of the town. Picture perfect . With chimneys and smoke .

Moray House College is never forgotten. KPM terimakasih kerana bagi peluang pi sana.

Ye lah... tulah satu satu peluang dapat pi tengok istana...haha. Selain Istana Arau.

Thats all folks..reminiscing about good old time is good. Dementia at bay...hehe
