Lapaq at Lapaq Cafe...

 Yesterday cikli turned 67.

Cikna booked a table at a hipster cafe not far from our old nook. Lapaq Cafe  or Hungry Cafe is new to ciklicikson as we have never been there. Although the eatery wasnt fresh in town. Its been up and running for quite sometimes.

After 8.30 , we found ourselves seated at a table for dinner. Plus a bday cake to celebrate cikli's bday.

Had Old School Chicken Chop . Food oklah taste wise but the batter is quite hard for an old timer like me. The sauce is tangy  and creamy. Passed my expectation. 

Its been quite a while ciklicikson been out at night. Waaahh...banyak perubahan no sekarang. The other day we checked whats up at Pengkalan Asam. Haaa... floating market is here! But that night its not operating as it is only opened Sat and Sun. 

Lights were put almost everywhere. Hah..dah macam Alice in Wonderland . But for  old couples like us, a night at home is much preferred . Lainlah kalau kapel2 muda yg tgh bernalarekek...hekhek. Chuckle.

Lapaq Cafe ... 3 stars. Boleh pi lagi lain kali. Catering mostly for Western food. Customers too were mostly youngsters ,I observed. As I was going out, I saw a young couple at a table. With a baby who might be just a few months old.

Ehhh.. sanggup no depa bawa kluaq baby that young to a public place. Malam2 pulak tu.Baru sama macam kami yang warga emas keluar rumah. 

Sekali sekala bolehlah no. Ni pun sbb nak celebrate cikli's bday.

Lapaq la tu. Lama dah berpantang. Lama dah berkurung. I tell myself.
