Bertandang ke Pahang...satu perjalanan

Syukur Alhamdulillah. Majlis bertandang anakanda cikson selamat diadakan pada 26.10.2019. Lebih se bulan selepas majlis nikah di Perlis. Bertempat di tengah Bandar Kuantan. Sepelaung saja dari hotel Zenith dan ECM. Di sebuah taman perumahan yg bernama Datok.apa kebende ntah. Hehe.

A day before ,cicklicikson was ferried across the LPT in a x70. Together with the kids and their aunty,the journey was smooth as silk. Becok mulut si Pohim bercerita,menerangkan ttg keretanya. That kid.

We  put at a taman somewhere in Bukit Rangin. It being olin's new abode. So the end to that apartment in Matrik Pahang. No more climbing up a flight of stairs. No more of that green and grey skyline. So too to the sound of Humphrey chatting with the birds who came to visit. Quite a miss ,that is.

Saturday came and we the bride's entourage consisting of my beloved family members of around 30 strong reached the kenduri kesyukuran venue by 1 pm. The food spread were as delicious as ever. In Pahang, makanan dia sedap selalunya. Rendang kobu as the name implied is uncommon in the north. Or never seen. So too is that dessert ...puding raja.

Actually I was a little worried about cikli's state of health as he had already complained of being unstable . We didnt stay long as most of the entourage need to check in their hotels in Trengganu and Cherating. Most came from KL a 3 hour journey.
We bade goodbye to the newly weds and my new bisan and children. Then someone came with an idea of going to Kemaman.For sata and keropok lekor. So onward bound we went.

pantai di Pahang....

Masuk keluar lebuhraya, through meandering roads and passing that giant of the projek china dgn jambatan peliknya,we finally came to pantai Mak senik....errr betul tah namanya. The sata,keropok lekor, sotong celuk and other delicacies sedapnyaaa.

We came back full.

The next day, the bride and groom took us to Pantai Sepat for a quick getaway at the beach much to the delight of pohim and bro. Seronok depa main pasir dan ayaq laut.

We eventually left for KL on the next day amidst heavy thunderstorm and traffic. But a detour at Temerloh brought us to Go Bang Maju. The best patin tempoyak I had ever tasted there. Thank you Faten and hubby for bringing us there.

It was quite late when we reached Zeta Homes. Tired but a happy soul.
The antidote to my depressed mind came in the form of my little angelic boys...my cucus. Ada ada saja keletah mereka especially the elder. Perjalanan yg payah terasa senang dengan cerita cerita nya.
Macam2lah pohim ni.

The next day is hibernation day. Too tired to venture out. And on Wednesday we took the ets home at 6 and reached Perlis at 12. Bye Pahang. Bye Batu Caves and Batu Muda. Bye children.

Lest I forget... deeply feel grateful fot the full entourage to Pahang.
My brothers in law. Hj Salleh and Prof. Hamzah and their children .
My sister in law Datin Rosmiyah,hubby Dato Shamsuri and children,menantus and cucu.
My bisan in Kuala Lumpur and children.
Prof Hamzah's sister and brother.
My menantu Safuan. My children aten and Ina.
and to Nadya,special thanks for making up the bride....foc pulak tu.

And last but not least to my new bisan ...Cik Na and children. Thanks to the hospitality. Thanks for welcoming my girl into your family.
And to my new menantu... syukur semuanya sudah disempurnakan. Cantik majlis kedua2 belah pihak.

To the newly wed.... jaga ikatan perkahwinan ni elok2 . Saling sempurna dan menyempurnakan. Semoga berkekalan dan bahagia hingga jannah.
