DIY...masak lemak cili padi ikan kurau masin dan pisang muda.

In a periuk they say,ready get set go.

Cili burung or padi as you might say
Bawang besar , bawang putih and a dice of ginger
To the grinding mill they say hey.

In a periuk everything and all the things you see
I mean the ground ingredients , dearie
Then the plantain or pisang which has been skinned,cut to sizes as well as ikan masin or anchovies if you fancy
Then a box of cool santan to make the dish tasty.
A few pieces of asam gelugur too if sour is what you want it to be.

Be very cautious when you put in your salt. 
The dried ikan kurau and the anchovies are already salty.
Kalau tidak mau masin setengah mati.


Wahawahwah....cikson bergurindam pula.

Tapi dia tambah nasi berkali kali..
