Yang boleh digoreng telah selamat digoreng.
Yang muda dah masuk periuk . Campur ikan kering Kuantan whew.... makan mau berpinggan. Sambal belacan jangan lupa disajikan. Baru bertambah makan.

Jom cikson ajar cara cikson buat gulai ikan kering tumis darat. Rasanya dah ditulis sebelum ni. Tapi tak salahkan kalau kita mengulangkaji..hehe.

potong dan rendam...cut n soak |

dice the shallots n garlics |

pound half the shallots n garlics |

cut n soak dried fish |

bring to boil fish curry powder n mixture of pounded garlics n shallots |

halfway through the gas went dry... so the rice cooker came in handy. |

when the curry mixture is done,pour a box of coconut milk,bananas and fish. |

close up.. bring to boil. |

didnt take a snap of plated currry...so this one also can do lah.. Dont forget to fry in oil the remainder of the shallots n garlics with daun karupulei and throw in the mixtures in the curry. |

ReplyDeleteYou're welcome mamasita. Dah mcm telepathi pula ya. How did your curry turn out. Kari tumis darat is applicable to kari ikan kering,udang according to my understanding. Lepas kari masak.goreng bawang n tumisan hingga wangi dan curahkan semuanya..minyak n all into the curry. Gulai ikan ,gulai daging ada aturan lain pula. Haha.. banyak aturan lagu tu.
