chiauw with chon......mee hailam senang dimasak cepat dimakan

Using things ever ready in the fridge.
After scrounging the freezer,

Ingredients
a piece of chicken breast ....cut to thin pieces.....segenggam cukuplah.
6 medium size prawns tesco mari....deveined.
1 small size carrot...slice 2 inches thinly
sawi .... cut
cabbage ...cut
1 packet mee
 3 eggs for garnishing

For gravy

2 tbsp cili kakchon ready made
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 part kiub perasa chicken...
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt....optional
kitchap as you may....tuang sajalah...cap apa pun boleh.Kicap lemak manis lagi terangkat.
1 tbsp tepung jagung
H20 as required....kalau nak kurang pekat.

Method:
Chiauw all the bawangs....putih and merah till golden brown.
Put in cili sauce kakchon and .Goreng sampai wongi.
Masukkan ayam.All the sauces and perasa.
Then add the vege,udang .Add H20
Masukkan tepung jagung yang dibancuh.See lah thickness macam mana.Siap!

Goreng tauhu....sekeping dua...potong nipis
Rebus telor....belah dua
Celor mee.

Nak makan..... pandai pandailah.....
TADAA....... laaa mana pula cable camera ni...nanti kita update .
