fried bihun kak chon style.

 

I used the sambal that  I concocted myself .

Ingredients:

 

A handful of dried chilli . Tambah lagi kalau nak pedas.

3 pieces of buah keras

a cube of belacan ( kecik cukup la)

asam jawa,gula,secamca minyak masak

onion,udang kering

garam ………………………………………………grind semua.

(mak cik is not good at giving  the correct amount.So pandai pandai la estimate)

 

In a wok fry the ingredients until fragrant.

Add desired meat,prawns,chicken

Beat an egg and quickly whisk in the chilli paste. Make sure the egg is finely absorbed in the sauce.

 

Toss in veggie.

Masukkan bihun,kicap,kicap tiram,sos lada hitam

Tambah lah apa apa saja yang terasa nak guna.

 

Stir well until bihun is cooked.

Hmm kalau kena gaya, mak mentua lalu pun tak nampak.
