gulai tulang


Since I have a surplus of tulang from the Qurban I decided to cook something out of the fridge.
Nak masak mee kuah ke
nak masak bihun sup ke
or nak masak gulai tulang ke.
ha ha teringat masa kat Edinburgh,tulang selalu dapat free dari kedai tok arab.Sadaqah katanya.

Pak Ley dah membayangkan makan nasi gulai tulang dah lama dia mengidam.Nak pi beli memanglah boleh tapi nak rasa masak mak cik juga.
Tapi kalau masak gulai daging selalu kena complain. Tak macam tok ma masak.Tak merah!
So today I tried to make a red hot bone curry.
Tadddda.
There on the dining table were air asam,ikan goreng,sup sayur and red hot steaming gulai daging.
Sukses! My gulai is red!
