Its day 2 of Ramadhan

Woke up to the buzzing of the phone which I had set at 4.30
To the kitchen I went and deftly warmed up the leftovers from berbuka.
Soon cikli joined at the table.

La .....hang tengok aku,aku tengok hang.
Took a few mouthfuls of rice moist with gulai kepala ikan..
If during berbuka,the curry was tempting but otherwise came sahur.

Tak boleh jadi ni..
Besok kena chiaw juga apa apa .Baru ada selera.I warmed up to the suggestion by cikli.

By 5.30 imsak time....the plates and pots made their way to the kitchen sink.
So too were the leftovers from param.
Tak sentuh pun kuih kuih param bila sahur...observed the spouse.
Nak sakit perut boleh juga ...said I.

Yesterday I asked cikli not to buy anything from param...but cikli being cikli.Lagi tak penuh plastik dijari mana puas hati.
Before berbuka,he came back with a few plastic bags strung to his fingers.
Maa...here's sambal for you
Gulai daging batang pisang of which I couldnt find any daging but fats instead.Mau naik darah gini.
And for the sambal,it was untouched saved for a single dip.Oh no...

Kesian anak2.Apa lah depa makan sahur ni..
Wassup was the way to know.
