Masterchef ..the mummy and the tummies...

With all the children home for CNY ,mummy aka cikson has her adrenalin flowing for the kitchen.Pagi petang siang malam asyik dok fikir apa nak jamu anak anak yang pulang.

First the menu was,ayam masak merah and soup.
Then she had cucuq milo as minum petang requested by her sonny bonny.

The gulai ikan made its appearance,with sayuq campuq,sambal belacan and ikan goreng.Dinner was at a relative's house .Kenduri kesyukuran.Bon voyage for NZ soon in Feb.

Bihun goreng daging and bihun goreng ayam were whipped up before sonny bonny boarded the bus KL bound.Tengok tu rajin pula dok goreng pagi pagi selepas subuh.Seronok tengok sibujang habiskan 3 pinggan sebelum berlepas pulang.A 12 hour journey to KL.Tentu sakit pinggang.

This morning .another packed her bag with nasi and sambal ikan bilis as bekal atas bas...Oh lupa yesterday bubuq puluit hitam jadi pencuci muluit....harini cikli selongkar fridge cari kot kot ada balance bubuq tu.As reference ,this the way I made it..

Sebungkus pulut hitam..soaked and washed.Pulut ni sebungkus 2.50 beli kat Padang.
3 ketul gula nibong..bring to boil.
Susu cair carnation.

Boil pulut dgn sedikit garam dan air.Masukkan santan 1 kotak kecil bila dah kembang dgn 4,5 camc a gula.Tak perlu manis .

To serve ...scoop pulut hitam dalam mangkuk kecil
Siram susu cair dan air gula..( disejukkan dlm fridge)

Makan dia nikmat rasanya bila hari terasa panas...Ada manis,ada lemak.Zassss.

Tomorrow another would be heading her way home....apa ye nak masak buat bekalan..Tu dia dia order ayam goreng kunyit mama style....

haha....tulah kisahnya mummy in me memenuhi tummies anak anak.Semoga semua puas makan ya..
