I came to know about the name of Toowomba ,QLD when it appeared countless times in my traffic feed last year.Must be from M’sian students there reading my blog.
Today the news on tv showed pictures of raging torrents ,overturned cars and people struggling for their lives.God spared me the agony of worrying for the safety of my girl who studied in the flood stricken city the year before.Thank God she’s back in Malaysia.
For the parents of TESL students in QUD they must be worrying about their loved ones there.A few of my friends still have children in QLD.Hope they are spared the disaster.May Allah keep them in safety.
