22 students dianiaya oleh pengetua! Screamed the headline. The case of the overzealous pengetua caught my attention the other day.
To the pengetua, apa kata bila belek buku , sijil berhenti sekolah anak anda sendiri bertulis begitu.Mau pengsan.
I had time and again saw those over the board comments in leaving certs of students.
Murid ini malas.
Murid ini suka ponteng sekolah.
Written by teachers and signed by gbs.
I as a head never condone to any teachers writing comments as above.Kalau sakit hati sangat pun kat budak tu,leaving cert bukan tempatnya membalas dendam.
I wont sign any cert yang comment teacher’s lebih lebih.Budak tahun 6. Kadang kadang tu belum tahu apa apa pun.
And even tadika’s leaving cert pun ada ditulis:
Murid ini suka memulakan pergaduhan.Penulis ni gila ka pa.
And the saddest part was when in bc written
bapa: tidak diperolehi/tidak diketahui.
It really sadden me to think of the consequences.
