sikit lembut sikit manis

 

The heat makes made crave for something sweet and soft.Sekejap terbayang cendol .Sekejap bubuq kacang. Sat lagi pula puding.

Maka bermulah pengembaraan ku ke cerok dapur yang la ni dah bertambah lama tak berasap.

I ransacked the pantry and the fridge. These are what I found:

 

A catridge of tepong huen kwo yg rona kuning

Sugar ( gula melaka) + sugar biasa

santan

teloq ayam sebiji dua

garam secubit

biji janggus yang dah roasted ( baru beli kat PB)

Serbuk badam ( left over from olin cake making )

Air paip sedia ada (kecuali masa tak buka paip.)

 

So dalam bekas palastik ku campurkan lah semua bahan kecuali biji janggus dan badam. Stir well .Rasa dulu manisnya. Takut pula tawaq hebiaq ,bising pak li nanti. Jangan terlalu pekat. Biaq sederhana cayaq.

The mixture is then continuously stirred over a fire until smooth and meleket.Transfer the mixture into a pudding plate. Bubuh biji gajus atas pudding tu.Lepas tu tabur lah serbuk badam.Finish off with a sprinkle of granulated sugar.

Sejukkan dalam fridge.

Ha masa makan tu rasa sejuk dan menyamankan.

On another note tu ,tak payah la guna gula melaka. I tell you the color isnt that inviting! 

Sat lagi nak masak gulai udang pula.
